Function

This product contains special additives of super concentrated detergent, felt, its superior performance, clean can effectively remove blockage and components of complex network carpet felt, dirt. Can obviously prolong the molding blanket replacement cycle, reduce downtime, improve the economic benefit. It is not contain acid, ammonia and free alkali, no corrosion to the blanket and the safety of squeezing roller surface, the selection of surfactant can biodegrade, safe for the environment.

Usage

This product can be in the condition of stop condition, on-line cleaning. Reference: 0.3 ~ 0.5 KG/KG blanket (dry).
1.Online cleaning method:
(1). first of all to blanket detergent according to the concentration of 1% ~ 2%, dilution with 50 ~ 60 ℃ warm water.
(2). stop for pulp, water after 5 minutes, paper machine into the crawling speed, relax the blanket.
(3).After cleaning, blanket to crawl speed running 5 ~ 10 minutes, no soapy with boondoggle polyester to blanket.
2.Stopping  clean:
Blanket detergent according to the concentration of 5% in 50 ~ 60 ℃ water dilute, then the blanket into pool about 30 minutes, dirt serious place with a hair brush to wash, rinse with water after washing clean, after air can be put into use again.

Caution

Operation of protective gloves, avoid contact with skin and eyes in use process.T his product should be stored in shady and cool place (5 ℃ ~ 30 ℃), avoid freezing and exposure.
